OSCA is stoked to provide a Sunday morning stretch before your sesh! Classes are pay what you can and money raised will benefit a different charity/not-for- profit in our community each week.

Loaner mats kindly provided by Lululemon will be on-hand for those needing to borrow them.

Whether you are nursing a hangover, an injury, or just interested in mellowing out before your Sunday morning sesh, yoga has got you.

You probably already know – or casually suspect – that yoga helps you to develop balance, increase flexibility, and fine-tune muscle control, but it also lowers risk of injury and can help to facilitate a speedy return to the board.

Join us at Charlie Bowins Skatepark for a skate afterwards!

TL;DR? Practice yoga, and skate until you are ancient.

Open to: All ages and abilities

Cost: Pay what you can ($5-10 suggested donation)

Time: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. on the following Sunday mornings:
